I am size 10 in clothes and size Large fit perfectly. They do protect from leaks but unfortunately the protection doesn't cover the front. I sleep on my back and on my first night my cup overflowed and I woke up with a dried butt but a big stain on the front ugh! In the pictures it may seem that there is some protection on the front but when wearing them, the protective fabric does not cover what a regular pad would. So forget about using these for incontinence.

I’m very happy and proud I purchased this. I have been trying to take a more natural approach to everyday items I use. I recently made the decision to stop using disposable pads. So this was one of my investments I’m glad I decided to make. They work well with my cloth pads. What ever leaks that my pads might not catch this does and it is very easy to wash. So far the blood comes out right away. They are also call comfortable.
