Like most other reviewers have noted, this mat comes twice folded, leaving creases in it when it is first unpackaged. I love the look so much that I decided to take a chance on it, in hopes the creases would eventually disappear. And, after about two weeks of use, I'm happy to say they have mostly disappeared, and I suspect will continue to do so over time. Patience is the key, as the creases will not quickly disappear, but they definitely seem to disappear a bit more each day. If it came rolled vs folded, I'd have given it 5 stars for quality and style.

Nice door mat. Not sure why it needed to be packaged by folding up the doormat into four quarters. It should have been rolled up...definitely impacts the overall look of the doormat. It’s doubtful the creases will ever come out. It seems to be of good quality but disappointed it came the way it did.

Very pretty. One reviewer said it was folded into quarters, instead of being rolled. I agree that it leaves lines, but I hope the lines diminish over time. I might have returned it, but it's for the garage, so not a lot of people will notice the lines. I hope the seller considers shipping it rolled.

The rug is just what I wanted but it was folded in box and has a big crease in the middle and won’t come out ! Would have been nice if they had rolled it instead ...

This is my story I wish they would've had rolled it up and sent it in the tubing they sent it to me fold in four sections so I have to try to fix It looks beautiful but I am very disappointed in it I’m going to try to put the picture on online

The product itself is beautiful: Sharp, crisp printed image; good finishing and workmanship. Unfortunately, the item was packed in the shipping carton by folding rather than soft-rolling and the backing was permanently creased and left a visible line on the printed side.
