(EDIT at the bottom of the original review)The headphones themselves were amazing! I loved the sound clarity, the bass, and noise cancelling ability. I would definitely recommend these headphones to everyone, HOWEVER one day, it would not charge anymore. I had received these headphones in the end of August this year, and experienced the charging problem in the middle of November. The charging light would not come on, and I tried using multiple different microusb cords in addition to the one that was provided. I tried different usb outlet cubes, I tried using different outlets, and I tried cleaning the input site, all of which did not help the headphones charge. I e-mailed the company's support (support@lobkin.com) and I still have not received any e-mail from them back. I am posting it in hopes that someone will see this complaint.**EDIT** They responded to my original e-mail from Nov 27th within two hours of me posting this review (posted December 26th) and are being very accommodating and sending a me new pair. Thank you for your response, Lobkin.

Here's the deal...The product arrived on time and in good condition. The product comes in an attractive box ready to be wrapped for gifting. The headphones have an equally attractive carrying/storage zippered case offering protection and easy stowage. The headphones are relatively lightweight compared to similar products and are quite comfortable, at least for the short time I wore them...I've found that they all get a bit uncomfortable if wearing for an extended period...so I take a break from time to time. I thought the sound quality was quite good at this price point compared to more expensive main stream brands. Pairing was a snap and range was acceptable for my purposes. The control buttons are easy to access and manipulate and all of the functions performed as advertised. There is a noticeable difference when using the noise cancelling function, but don't expect complete noise cancelling. That said, they're not shooting muffs and even the high end brands don't perform noticeably better. I'm pleased with the purchase. There you have it.

I'm so happy to have found these noise cancelling headphones. My previous boise headphones died from battery acid erosion (tip: don't leave your batteries in your headphones if you rarely use them.) Those were a gift so I didn't want to shell out a few hundred dollars for replacing them. Instead, I came to trusty Amazon and read some reviews to decide on what to buy. I didn't want to spend a lot of money since I just use them for travel which for the past couple years, have not been that often.These headphones are sleek, lightweight and the perfect replacement! The sound quality could be a bit better but the noise canceling works pretty well - especially for the price. There's an option to switch noise canceling on and off so you can just it solely for that feature. My husband tried this on his phone first so I had trouble connecting my phone to the blue tooth. Even after I made him turn off his phone's bluetooth for me to connect, I had to turn both phone and headset on and off for 5 minutes before it would sync.

I decided to grab these headphones because my sennheiser's kicked the bucket. Didn't want to spend a huge amount or money and decided I wanted wireless this time. Didn't know what to expect from these because my sennheiser's we're 4x more expensive.These turned out much better than I expected. They are very comfortable and I can easily sit all day with these on having no problems with pinching my ears.Sound quality is fine. Doesn't really compare to my last pair, but at a quarter of the price, these will definitely work for my daily drivers.Connecting via Bluetooth worked within 30 seconds. Quicker than I expected. Synced right up to my MacBook without an issue.Thanks!
