So far so good.. tested and passed NJ fire inspections. I can't really tell you anything about the battery life as it is brand new.

These are great smoke alarms! We bought the set and was able to put one in every room. Simple white, has a red light that blinks every so often. Can’t complain about these.

Reasonable Cost and Easy Installation
