I have moderate hearing loss and am also a heavy sleeper. I'm the type that sets an alarm at five minutes intervals for an hour on my phone, plus on Alexa. I need to travel for my work, and have to wake up at odd hours, so I needed a portable alarm clock that could really wake me up. This one is not it, and I am returning it and ordering a full size plug in model which I hope is more powerful.First, the vibration on this unit only lasts for 10 seconds! And it's not that powerful to begin with. Second, the loudest setting beep is not very loud at all. Now imagine putting this little unit under a pillow., muffling the already weak beeps and the vibration. If you're someone who has trouble waking up (which is probably why you got this thing), you're rolling the dice with this alarm.The unit also feels cheap. It creaks when sequeezed gently. The display is hard to read from an angle. But those are minor points. The main point being if you're a heavy sleeper, and your job depends on you waking up on time, look elsewhere.

i really like this concept, it is a great way o subtly wake you up in the morning and not with a blaring alarm. I followed all the instructions and put new batteries in, and it took a day to get it too work.. work some reason the lights/ numbers weren't bright enough. so if you think it isn't working just give it time! easy to use buttonds and compact, so great for travel

I've been using this alarm for about a month now and it seems to be doing great. The only issue I've had with it is that beep/vibrate setting only vibrates. If it's set to vibrate it does. If it's set to beep it does. But I only vibrates on the combination setting. I only use the vibrate setting as I dont like beeping alarms so it's not been a huge problem. The vibrating setting wakes me up every time. Also the size makes it great for travel.

This clock is easy to use and a nice small size for travel. I have sleeping issues because of a medical condition, and it can be very difficult for me to wake up in the morning. I also have mild hearing loss and sometimes don't hear the alarm on my phone, which just isn't very loud. This clock is the only thing that wakes me up! I use the vibrate setting and I place it on my nightstand. When it vibrates against the hard surface, it makes a TON of noise. It works great and I'm happy with this purchase.

The clock is cute and just what I wanted. Would have given it 5 stars but am returning because I can't hear the alarm in the morning. If you are hard of hearing this is not for you plus I didn't feel the vibrations through the memory foam pillow

The vibrating is not too quiet, not too loud, just enough to wake yourself- not the person next to you. It does have a light so you can see the time in the middle of the night that turns back off after a little while. It also shows the temperature. There is also a bag to protect the clock while traveling. I really recommend it.

I travel occasionally for work and sometimes the hotel alarm clocks are difficult to figure out when you are arriving at 11pm and just want to crash. I’ve been testing this one out for a week now and I have to say I’m pretty pleased with it. It takes up literally no space at all, so shoving it in my suitcase will be no biggie. It runs on 2 triple A batteries. It’s no frills.

I was so excited about this when I ordered it and it couldn't have disappointed me more. I hate alarms...they are so jarring I wanted something that would just vibrate and slowly wake me up.First the face of the clock had a slight abrasion on it when I unpacked it but I figured it goes under my pillow so no biggie. Then after I got everything set up I pushed the snooze/light button and it RESET THE CLOCK...even with the lock on. I had to set everything up again. Finally, I went to bed and slept wonderfully knowing that I had something that would wake me on time. Well....it didn't...somehow over night the clock got RESET AGAIN and the alarm didn't go off.I'm unbelievable disappointed...I hope that they improve their product in the future.
