Decent, mostly works, wish it had some tiny features!
Does exactly as it says. No stopper so mount can slide all the way through. Can be good or bad, just be aware and don't drop stuff!! Wish there were holes in the thumb ring for tool tightening. Hard to get fully secure.

No way to tighten your speed light.
Your speed light will flip out if not fall out. There is no tightening mechanism for your flash. You speed light will fall out if placed at any angle at all.

Not so sturdy
This duel mount cold shoe plate isn't very sturdy. It falls off from the tripod on occasion. I don't recommend it.

Excellent build quality, seems to be cast aluminum. It’s really solid and will be great for a small light and mic rig!
