Bought two of these chairs - one black, one blue - for use in the garden and at festivals. We are larger people, and we found these chairs to be sturdy and comfortable. The downside of the sturdiness is the chairs are not so light or small - but this is the inevitable tradeoff. Folding and unfolding could be easier, but we have learned how to do it pretty fast.Customer service by This Is It Famous Value Stores is also great - after a few months, the stitching on one of the front parts of the seat, where the armrest support passes through, was coming loose, and there was a nasty rust spot on one part of the frame. A couple of messages and some photos to the seller, and a replacement chair was with us ASAP.

I don't like to leave feedback because is like you try to defend your self and the companies try to push you that the product is correct so: We purchased two chairs so can be used during the various archery competitions but soon we open the thin paper-plastic cover we noticed that couple of things they were not wright.First, it is very hard and almost impossible to lock the chair with the safety locks looks like the canvas is short and doesn't leave the arms to the full extent or the locks are in the wrong hight.Secondly, the cover case made from a very thin paper-plastic material which opened apart just after one used!!Very disapointed with the product which means we need to look for new chairs!!!

I have raised a compliant to the seller about the poor quality of this and I am awaiting a response, so will update more once I get that reply. I am hoping they will resend me a new one and allow me to then return them the faulty one.**update-Sept'19**Seller sent a replacement chair and didn't even want the broken one sent back, which was good of them. But after approx. 3 uses of light/normal use the exact same thing occurred again as the original. So now have skipped both chairs and only have the cases for the chairs which are in fact quite sturdy for use. I wouldn't bother buying this . Not happy, wasted money. Shame as promised to be a good chair and it did look good and operate well. Just poor/shody design let it down.

We chose his item because of its sturdiness and was able to take my husbands weight. Very comfortable, slightly awkward to put up and take down but even in the carry case it is heavy and clumbersome for an older person to carry. However we are pleased with the item itself.

Substantial. Smart. My husband felt safe in it (he has epilepsy). Suitable for larger people.Comfy. Padded seat. Arm rests substantial to push down on to enable you to stand up. Had a broken bit on delivery but this didn't really affect it, it was just a place to put your finger to put the chair up. Quite heavy, but what can you expect from a more substantial chair. Carry handle too thin for the weight of the chair and needs to have a thicker carry handle. Would suit larger person or disabled person.

It takes my 21st. weight, which is main reason for purchase. A bit cumbersome to unfold, but maybe just newness. Never go camping without it and much better built than others I have used.

Mine didn't lock into place so you couldn't sit in it. Had to get a refund. The Company were easy to deal with and refunded my money quickly. The chair is huge and extremely heavy duty. Quite heavy.

Great chair i bought it for the beach large seating capacity ideal for big people like me solid structure .there was a slight problem with trying to clip the catches at the back of the chair but soon found that the best way to work it is by hold the chair down with your foot on the lower steel tubes and pull up with both hands and push the clips at the same time easy no problemo and really comfortable product can recommend
