The product has good finish. But big downside is its made of metal which unnecessarily adds weight to gimbal motors. It should be made with hardened plastic for better use and less price. Works good with Vimble 2 and Go Pro 7. But be careful while tightening screws over GoPro as the clip may damage Go Pro Screen with pressure.

I used in zhiyun smooth 4. Its not perfectly fitting. We need to use our GoPro in reverse. Opposite direction. Its very difficult to press the button and touch screen

This plate for is made with good quality material and can be solved one's action camera mounting problem on a mobile Gimbel. Yes, you have to adjust it and it's not so easy but who all have creative mind can go for it. But the price of this product is very high compare to it's value.

Pls don't waste money....it will ruin your djis motor....u can't balance this for sure....u will load Ur motors too much and may damage the motor while attempting to fix go pro on this.... Needs better planning for it to work...1200 wasted

I ordered this to hopefully use to attach my GoPro Hero 7 White to my Osmo Mobile 3. The plate does seem to be well made and holds my GoPro well. Sadly, I just can't get it to work properly with my setup.First off, I was not able to get the Osmo to balance with the plate and Hero attached. While the plate does have to weight to it, I think it just isn't heavy enough to counteract the weight of the Hero on one side.Second, the Osmo Mobile 3 does not hold the plate firmly enough. It slips in the rubber grips of the Osmo's phone holder. Adding this to the first issue, you just can't get it to a point where you can get the GoPro balanced.I don't think this is just a problem with the GoPro Hero 7 White. I suspect owners of other similar GoPro models will have similar issues. I can not comment on whether it would work with other stabilizers - I only have an Osmo Mobile 3. Even within the Osmo Mobile line there are some differences in the phone mounts. There might be ways to add weights to help balance and add something to the plate to hold the mount more firmly in the Osmo. I just don't have the time to do so and will be returning this product.

This plate is great, works perfect for my Smooth Q and Hero7 Black! For best use, use in selfie mode on the smooth Q. Click your "mode" button 3 times. Then from there you can click "mode" once or twice to change what your joy stick does. Haven't tried to pair the gimbal with my Hero... But I don't think you need to, without it though you can't zoom. Although can you zoom with the hero 7 in video? Pretty sure not. But that's a whole nother topic.In a nutshell, this is sturdy, good quality, the mount is perfect and tight. I'm very happy!

If placed the “correct” way the GoPro is so wide that the Osmo motor is in the way. I just reversed the whole system and use my Osmo backwards with it. Trust me, sounds weird but it’s actually much easier than you think. It’s either this or a silly Karma grip.

Okay... this is a bit unfair, as the plate does what it should do. BUT it does not, however, work with the original Osmo Mobile as there's no way to balance it due to the GoPro's weight. I even tried counterweights but had no success. I believe you'd be better off buying a dedicated, GoPro-compatible gimbal.

The product is surprisingly heavy. I have a GoPro 5 and a DJI Osmo Mobile gimbal 1st gen; mainstream stuff. The adopter was so heavy that no amount of adjustment can make the camera/adopter balanced. It would require clip-on balancing weights. That’s the reason of 1 star deduction.
