It doesn’t include the power pack which I find disappointing

No instructions on what power pack to buy. Somehow I thought It would be clear. Therefore the power pack i use for my cellphone didn’t work. I have bought stronger packs and it barely gets warm. So disappointed

Liked the color and comfort. Didn't come with powe pack. Doesn't heat up fast enough or hot enough.

Was exactly what I wanted for about a half dozen uses, maybe two weeks. I couldn’t determine which part was faulty, but I tried multiple power banks and it doesn’t turn on and heat anymore. It doesn’t allow access to the electronics inside to check the switch or wiring.Not many options for this type of products, but this is likely not the solution you’re looking for.

I bought this for my son-in-law who is doing Chemotherapy his hands get very cold we knew there was a heated pad for feet so maybe there was one for hands i found this on amazon and ordered it he loves it

The product was not like I expected. It could’ve been a great idea if that heated up better and if it was made clear that there was no power pack involved. With a little more work, this could be a good product.

Don’t buy this pillow. It does not work. I bought it for my 87 year old mother and she was excited to get it because she’s always has cold hand. I’m very disappointed with it.

Honestly I’m not impressed with this pillow. It’s not even warm enough to make me feel warm. I’m giving one star. I’m really disappointed with my purchase!Update December 18th: Pillow burned out after 5 days of use. I returned it.
