Suction cup is solid but if you have a pop socket on your phone it won't lock in. I flipped the holder and clamp on to the top of my phone. East to lock your phone in and nice push button release.

Works perfectly. I got exactly what I needed for a great price. I recommended this product to some coworkers.

Awesome! Especially for this price. I bought this August 2021, and it finally fell off my windshield over the weekend, May 2025. Bummer it fell off, but it exceeded my expectations and lasted longer than previous phone mounts I've had.Sometimes it'd loosen over time with the angle my phone is held, but not often to be annoying and took 2 seconds to fix. I just need to replace the adhesive after almost 4 years and it's good to go!

Nice item that installs easily in many positions to accommodate different dash designs. Not super stable unless you can configure it so the small support bracket is close to the cradle. Otherwise, it vibrates as mush as others. Most recently, the small nut on the left of the tightener vibrated loose (see photo) and fell into my air vent. Lost for good.

The packaging is sturdy and prevents a damaged product. Putting it together was very intuitive and the instructions were clear. My vehicle is a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and I prefer my suction cup mount to the side glass, above the dash. That prevents interference with the sun shade.The arm is very stiff! This makes getting it into position a pain, but it also makes for a sturdy mount in use. Take the time to position properly before removing the plastic backing to the sticky suction cup.I used the brace piece, which rests on the dash to further stabilize the arm for heavy phones.My only gripe is that the arm is oval shaped and not a round rod. The support piece only fits in one way on the arm. To make the piece work, I had to twist the arm so it would rotate enough that the support piece would snap on to the arm. As mentioned, the arm is stiff and it was not easy, but the end result worked very well.Time will tell if this lasts, but the rachet clamp is smooth and the release button works well. If the mechanicals last, then this is a winner!

This is my third time buying this product. Had the first one for about 3 years before I had to sell the car. And only had to buy a third one because the Texas heat melted the gel suction cup of the second one lol. No big deal though, cleaned it up, ordered a new one, and this one came with an extra UV anti-melt film that you put on your windshield first and then the gel on the film. I don't remember if my second one came with it, but I'm interested to see if this one will last more than two years in this heat. I'll update this if I have to buy a fourth one lol. Either way, this is my go to cradle. It sits perfectly between my steering wheel and rearview mirror, a necessity when driving Uber.
