SECOND TIME IS THE CHARM IN THIS PURCHASE
I bought this about a week ago. I was very excited as the price was spot on in my budget window. Once I received however the charger would not fully charge the batteries. I would get aa 3/4 indicator on the light grid never fully going to the 4 you should see. And the batteries discharged RAPIDLY. Like less than a day when still in their protective 4 pack case.I reached out to Deleepow thru Amazon first as i am not one to publicly air grievance until AFTER utilizing all other resources. They were very understanding of my concerns and immediately offered to 2 day ship a replacement. Which I received yesterday. NOT ONLY do I get full bars now on the charger the batteries charge and hold perfectly. Well satisfied and amazing customer service Deleepow has.MY ADVICE- if you have any issues is to first contact them, not air your business here first, as some do. You will be listened to, and accommodated if appropriate. I am glad of my purchase and will definitely consider them first for future needs. You should as well, as sometimes defects happen, it's called reality. But customer service is a lost art, yet these people still practice it flawlessly!

Life saver!
If you have a kid that plays VR you know the struggle with batteries for those controllers! Now he has charged batteries and when the ones in his controllers die he swaps them and puts them to charge! Saves me a ton of money!!!

Pretty good

Did not last
It seemed like a great deal, two sets of batteries and a charger for an affordable price, what’s not to like?But after the first charging the time to charge the batteries increased and the longevity of the charge decreased dramatically until after only about 10 charges the batteries are useless.Now I’m stuck looking for new batteries and charger.

Die super fast
The charger that came with them is nice but the batteries are not good, they die super fast, like within a day or two in an Xbox controller.
