This Pocket Pico Mobile Projector is amazing. I believe this company has been listening to the people. The upgrades such as a larger battery, HDMI input, wireless mouse, tripod, carry case, and various cables are perfect and thought out. The UI is bright and easy to follow. The white color model looks great and highlights all of the function buttons. The wireless mouse makes using the project a breeze. The tripod is needed and useful, but the most important feature to me, was this device has HDMI input, which means I can connect to my laptop.There are many generic devices out there, which have the same basic specs, which are great for such a small device. But buyer beware!!! The generic device needs the above upgrades to really maximize its potential, which will cost you about $60-70 more, but you are getting more...I know, because I initially ordered the generic device from another company that was short on any of the above important upgrades... The other company advertised that their projector could do both HDMI input and output, which was not true. The UI was dark, not user friendly, the device came only with a HDMI cable and remote. HDMI was useless to me because I could not connect to laptop, the remote was also useless and made it difficult to navigate thru. setup process.I only gave 4 stars because the text can be little hard to read in some of my business Doc's. But in general, If your looking for a small portable projector backed from a company that cares and listens to the people, look no further!!!

This little projector has been amazing for movie night. The accessibility with the android platform was certainly a worthwhile feature. The storage and added storage via a microSD card make this tiny projector a solid tool for entertainment and presentations alike. A dark room is a must, but it is certainly a minor concession given all that this can do. Battery life is good and the accessories are certainly worthwhile. The tripod is at best OK, but it does not overshadow the brilliance of this unit. Screen mirroring (if for some reason it's needed) is easy via apps. I really like the fact that it can be used as a stand alone media device. Speaker quality is good, but if you need you can add a Bluetooth option and really enjoy a fun experience. If you have kids, this is a theater on the go! Really a great product and friends and family have all thought it to be amazing! Obviously I do too!

For me, this little projector has too many issues. I'm going to look elsewhere:1. Auto keystone is supported on the newer version. BUT ... it does not maintain aspect ratio. When I tilt the projector up, the trapezoidal image does change to a rectangle, but the aspect ratio is completely wrong. The image is tall and not wide enough; everything is horizontally squished. If you're looking for keystone correction, stay way from this projector!2. When I connect via Bluetooth and play on Netflix, the video stops, stutters, and has continuous pauses. It's unusable.3. I don't always get audio. It doesn't work for a while and then works again. This is even when playing through its built in speakers.4. The focus control knob on this is horrible. Probably the worst focus knob I've seen.

I wanted to love this projector, but it doesn't work well, and dealing with the company is a headache.Projector worked for 2 movies, then it stopped working completely. I contacted the company since we were still under warranty, and they asked me to ship it to Shenzhen, China registered mail for repair. I did (cost was $65), and the post office later called to tell me that the address we were given was not deliverable (even though we verified it was the same one that Pico customer service provided, and we had confirmed it with them as well). I've emailed everything customer service requested to try to get this fixed, but their responses are few and far between, so I'm giving up.In sum, the projector should last more than 2 movies. And customer service, even if located abroad in China, should actually be a service.I recommend buying a different projector from a different company. I'm hoping I can save at least one person the hassle and money wasted from buying this one.

Nice idea, but disappoints. The lamp is very bright, but the resolution is very poor. It's okay for video (very much not HD), but not good for any text, which is important for presentations. I was hoping this was an affordable option for me, especially considering the lumens of the lamp, but alas, I'll look elsewhere and return this.Addition since I wrote the review above: 2/9/2017The customer service was very good. They were very interested in helping make this projector work for my needs. I still decided to go with another product, but I did want to give them a big thumbs up for being proactive and trying to be helpful.

Phenomenal product. Installed it above our bed to watch movies. A breeze to set up, impressive light output, very quiet, good resolution. Since it's running Android OS, it's a pretty powerful device just by itself, but of course you can cast your screen from other devices as well. And while the built in speaker is understandably lackluster given the size of the device, it's fully Bluetooth capable, so adding external keyboards, mice, and speakers without wires going everywhere is really nice. It even automatically adjusts the screen box in real time as the projector is angled. I love this thing! Glad I didn't spend a few G's on a full-size projector -- I expected a trade-off of quality for price and portability, but I'm blown away by this thing!
