I have not "felt" any differences since using this product. However, I have read the research on cordyceps and believe that it is working. I have lost 44 lb in 7 months, without working out, and eating a lot of junk still. I think the cordyceps is playing a part, along with the other nutritional things I do, in my weight loss and overall health. It's hard to say for sure, but I chose this product because I trusted the company and believe their ingredients are ethical and reliable. If the ingredients are authentic, then I can't see how they aren't helping me.

Too many starches not coming from mushroom, so have no medicinal values. All one has to do is get some iodine and do the test. The test is available on Amazon. This product does not have complete profiles of mushroom. And I wouldn't be surprised to know that it also has 'chitan' (cell walls), which would then make the product very little absorbed to none, by our digestive tract. I had done the Iodine test and it failed miserably. Full of starches that, going by their advertising and what's omitted, would mean that the polysaccharides are not medicinal, only starches. Something like what fructose, dextrose would do for a person.

This is an amazing product. I originally bought this to help with breathing and fatigue issues while playing tennis. I had originally tried a cheaper product that put my stomach into a knot of mild cramping. I decided to try this product for its quality. I noticed the effects almost immediately. From the very first dose, I noticed improved breathing and endurance during my matches. And while other players on the court were breathing heavily and struggling I was doing comparatively much better. And just to be clear, I'm no gym rat or super athlete. I was super excited, and the effects continued and didn't decrease. But then I ran out of the product right before a trip and didn't get around to ordering for a few days. During this time I noticed something very surprising. My allergies which had not bothered me the whole time while taking this product were once again bothering, almost to the point I thought I was coming down with a cold because I was sniffling and sneezing and congested so much. I took a once-prescription, OTC allergy medication during this time which helped but with limited results. After about a week, I got my new Cordyceps supply and started taking it again as soon as I could get the bottle open. The very next day my allergies were completely gone - no sneezing, no congestion, no sniffling. For me, this product has been the most effective treatment for my allergies that I've ever taken and I've used and tried almost everything available since I grew up with severe allergies and even childhood asthma. I can't speak highly enough of this product, and I hope the Relentless Improvement people continue to make this with their current process forever.

My husband and I have been taking this Cordyceps for a few months now. This product is great because it gives us energy to help us get through the day without making us feel jittery. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

I have take a different brand for year and though I would try a different brand. This brand to me has an odd taste. I will not buy again

The best supplement I've found for boosting my T4 production.But it can take 1-2 hours to take effect and only lasts for 3-4 hours after that. At least for me. And that's only for people whose Adrenal Gland (meaning Elevated Cortisol) is not working to block T4 to T3 conversion. Best taken late afternoon, when I need it most.But then I've worked hard to remove all Risk Factor (such as eliminating Fluoride and reducing inflammation, and taking all necessary vitamins and minerals for Thyroid health). I use this in conjection with a number of other supplement (which do help), But this is the single most trackable single supplement for my Thyroid).

Too early to report benefits. It is important to know whether it is made by fermentation (no fruiting bodies) or grown on solid media (fruiting bodies). These two different methods of growth produce a product suited to different needs. Fruiting bodies are needed for suppression of virus diseases and cancer. They contain cordicepton that stops DNA replication in viruses, cancer, and most bacteria. The fermentation product is better for respiratory problems other than viruses.

I have taken Cordyceps everyday for the last two years and sometimes I like to try a new brand. The Now product line has so far been the best. This branch has a rancid smell. I will not be buying from this brand again
