The Amazon packaging was fine, and the order arrived very quickly.The manufacturer's package came labeled as a set of 8 straws with 8 sets of silicon straw silencers and 2 cleaning brushes. The package contained 4 straws, 8 sets of silicone silencers and no cleaning brushes.I tried to put the first set of silicone silencers on, and as I was sliding the second one onto the straw, it tore, leaving it useless. Another set slid on perfectly, though. I've tried using the straw for a couple days now, but I'm not a fan of the mouth-feel, given that the diameter is narrower than regular plastic straws. Also, it's too long for my choice of water bottles if I want to close the top, so as a tip, be sure to measure before ordering. Allow some extra space if your bottle has a screw-on cover.Right now, I can't say that I would necessarily recommend these straws. I want to be eco-friendly, but this may just be a mismatch for me.

These straws are more fabulous than any straws have a right to be. I just wanted to replace the broken straw my insulated mug and these straws solved problems I didn't even know I had. The silicon tips are so comfortable, the silicon stoppers keep the straw in place when I take the lid off the cup, and the different colors are perfect for when my nieces and nephews come to visit.in addition, the brushes they include keep everything much cleaner than I was able to keep the old straw with the dishwasher.

I use these with my 30 oz Yeti. I do not like the long straws and I do not like the bent straws. These are short and stay out of the way. I love the silencer, works perfect. The straw tips were a surprise but I like them too.

This is a great product and exactly what I was looking for. I'm glad to not be using plastic anymore. The brushes are crucial, in my opinion. I used one on an old reusable straw I had, and black stuff came out. :/I would recommend washing the silicone pieces by swishing them in a cup if you're clumsy like me so they don't end up down the drain!I'm very happy with my purchase.

They work oerfectly! I hate the feel of stainless steel on my teeth so these are perfect! I also really like how the pair of “tabs” keep the straws in place so I can lift the lid to refill water without worrying about the straw falling down. I use these 9” straws for my 30oz cups cuz I don’t like the straws sticking up too far and these 9” straws leave just the perfect amount of length above the lid - overall, perfect!

I really like the metal drining strawa. I use then for drinking hot liquids. My only complaint is the protectors are about an inch f long. I would have liked to be at least 2 inches.
