I love this thing! I installed a bidet toilet seat a few years ago and it was okay. I decided to try this while having the master bath remodeled. The contractor installed it for us, so I can’t speak to ease of installation, but it looks like a simple install. Comparing this to the seat in our other bath, this is superior. It is very easy to adjust the water flow and frankly just allows for a better angle than the seat kind. It came with an over the tank hanger, but we didn’t care for it. It was too large and moved around a lot when getting the hose in and out of the hanger. So we opted for the wall mount.

Parts look good quality. Installation took a little more effort than expected. The connection to the existing water spout has to be done while holding the spout head inside the tank. Otherwise, the spout may turn and lose its sealing against the tank. There are extra washers not needed. Once installed, it is a matter of practice to get the best benefit without splashing water everywhere. My seat is not the elongated one but a round one.

I hate this product! Dont buy. Installing this is easy but the fact that you have small space in the toilet area, that makes it hard enuf, and when you have chked for leaks and everything seem perfect then you find out that the handle was the one defective and leaking. Dont have a choice but to uninstall agsin. This item is a pain in d butt, no quality chk control. I dont recommend anyone to buy this. Now i have to take a trip to ups to return this stupid product. Such a waste of time for nothing.

Giving it one star as:1) The 3 way tee adapter did not fit to the existing water inlet pipe on teh tank2) Same product was $24 on envy but it arrived after two weeks and it worked fine3) I also installed a Fresh Water Spray Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Seat and that product is much better and easy to use than this Handheld Bidet Sprayer (though I do not like that it doe snot have a control know for the 3 way tee adapter .Over all the return and dealing with Amazon was very positive and Amazon do get 5 start for service.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and performance of this product, especially considering its very reasonable price. Because of restricted access space I had some trouble installing but not the product's fault. Suppled complete with teflon to assue watertight sealing and a convient hanger fot the sprayer.

Absolutely love this product for bottom douching!! I think it was easy to install and much more discreet than excusing yourself to randomly go use the "shower". Also don't need to actually insert it just press the head against the bottom and turn it on ever so gently 2-3 times and life is amazing. The only drawback from this style verses a shower style is it's obviously only cold water, which I have come to prefer. Since it's water I use it in conjunction with wet wipes "dude wipes" as TP would break apart when wet. Couldn't be happier!

I was excited to receive this item, but when we assembled it, the top section of the T-valve would not tighten and it leaked everywhere. Starting the return process and will be ordering something else. Bummer.

this sprayer is perfect . It's light weight . It is ergonomically designed with simplicity in mind . I couldn't be happier . I mounted the storage bracket next to the toilet as seen in the photo
