I’ll start with a confession: although I have athlete’s foot, I am, by no means, an athlete.But I do have a respectable 106 pound grip in my right hand, and even so, it was difficult to work this can with just one hand.I don’t understand why this is the case. There are plenty of spray cans that are nowhere near this difficult to work.As for the actual product, I’ve been using it for only 10 days, when it says that the full effect takes four weeks, but I have noticed improvement – especially in odor, as well as the burning, and even the condition of the skin between my toes.I’m looking forward to seeing the improvement over the remaining 18 days.It’s good stuff – I just wish this can were easier to work.

This is an easy to use product. It has helped with the athlete's foot. It also does not have a bad odor so even if you don't currently have athletes foot but are prone to it, it is a good preventative.
