this item did not work. it doesn't suction anything even when we followed directions. our face was clea and we used a warm towel/steamed face to make sure the pores were open. itself still did not work.

It works pretty good. It has four different types of nozzles so I can choose a nozzle to fit my needs. And the size is just enough to put on my vanity table. So far, I am enjoying using it.

Doesn't work, don't waste your money. It literally gave me bruises and didn't suck anything out of my skin like the claims.Edit- customer service has been extremely nice and concerned and promised to update the instructions to be more specific on use. Moved to 3 stars from one because they have been very helpful.
