Works Better Than Expected
First, I wanted satisfy myself that this display could establish a quality connection. I started the test with my desktop computer which has a small external network antenna. The monitor would play clear 1080p video through two walls at 20', or one wall at about 40'. I then switched to my Surface Pro 7 which only has a built-in antenna. Surprisingly, the results were better! The video continued to play from 60' away, through the second floor and at least one wall. I was able to keep the signal anywhere in the house. With my iPhone X, the connection was "spotty" at 20' through just one wall. In conclusion, the quality of the connection will be determined by your transmitting equipment and not the monitor.I have no complaints about the image quality. The monitor is bright enough and very clear, but don't plan on using it outdoors. The audio quality is similar to my laptop - adequate, but not impressive. If you want quality audio plug your headphones into the monitor's audio jack. There is no lag between audio and video, so when watching movies the lips are synched with the video.Connection to a Windows 10 or 11 computer is very easy, Win+K or Win+P brings up the Windows connection menu which allows you to select the monitor. There are two options for connecting an iPhone to the monitor. Option 1 is to connect directly to the the monitor's WiFi, but then your phone no longer has wireless internet. Option 2 is to browse to 192.168.203.1 and configure the monitor to connect to the same WiFi network your phone is using. Now your iPhone can use Apple screen mirroring and connect to the monitor any time and still have internet access. This monitor does everything it says it does, but my "wish list" would include a touch screen, stylus or built-in mouse. The only onboard controls are volume and video settings.

Battery Drains while powered on and plugged-in
I really wanted to like this display; it seemed to have everything I wanted, including wireless connectivity for a truly cable-free setup. However the massive hiccup I mentioned in the title, forces me to not recommend this device. My system is a MacBook Pro M2 2022 model— not ancient by any means. The display connected fine. I initially tried the AirPlay functionality, which worked well. I was pleased since I really didn’t want to use cables or bring another dock with me (Mac users understand), however I found that I was only getting tops about 3 hours of use from the monitor battery before it would shut off— not enough, so I guess cables are needed, sigh…I plugged in the monitor to my MacBook via HDMI, and power via usb-c and I was again back in business, for about an hour, before an eco-mode warning flashed on the display and off before I could read it fully. That’s odd, must’ve been an anomaly; I kept working.Forty minutes later, a “power is insufficient now. Keep charging the display “ message appears on the monitor. What?! The display is plugged in, and the “battery charging” icon is present if I activate the OSD menu. Yet even so, as I observed it, the battery percentage was steadily declining at a rate of about 1% per three minutes. Until eventually the monitor shut off again.I’m not sure if mine is defective or what, but this makes the monitor unusable if I can’t AT LEAST keep it on while plugged in.Based on this experience, unfortunately, I can’t recommend this unit

Miracast Ability Doesn't Work With Everything
I wanted a monitor that has Miracast ability and this fit the bill. It works wirelessly with Windows 10 but using Windows 11 on a Surface Pro it failed to be found. Works fine when it's got a physical cable between the Surface Pro and Display.Having a battery makes this very convenient to use away from power supplies.

Great device
Bought it refurbished and currently no issues. Kinda wishing I bought the one with touch input but its fine. I used it for about a week for my nintendo switch and havent touched it since. Nothings wrong with it, i just originally was using it at work or on vacations when no tv or when son is on tv and I would have this.

Amazon resale sells uninspected fraudulent items
DO NOT BUY USED FROM AMAZON RESALE!!!I purchased one of these and it was a great deal from Amazon resale I like the monitor besides the Wi-Fi problem listed below. So I bought a second one.Huge mistake the Amazon resale program failed to do pre-sale inspection and sold me a used monitor that was five years old and not even the same model that the box came in.Since then, it has been a huge ordeal to get my money back from Amazon as they are waiting two weeks to process my return and refund. This is not the first time I have received some very old very used unsellable merchandise from Amazon resale, I strongly urge you to shop with discretion using Amazon resale. The monitor itself is decent, the picture quality looks good, the back light is reasonably bright, considering it’s using battery power. The downside is there is no real wireless functionality as the built-in wireless functionality relies solely on Wi-Fi connection to the device. The problem is if you connect Wi-Fi to the device from your laptop you must have a hardwired Internet connection in order use the Internet.

Not for me.
It didn’t work consistently for me. The WiFi also cause significant lags. I returned it a week ago today to Kohls and still don’t have a refund.

Mount Did Not Hold; Poorly designed, fragile monitor brok.
The mount, for a tripod, is far too shallow. Its depth allows for only one or two threads of a screw. I got it mounted and then the monitor fell off because the screw could not hold. The monitor fell and broke.
