Not a bad, but have had better
Not bad but the idea of being able to flip as needed got me suckered in. When in actuality it makes more mess than one would think.

Grease management struggles
We bought this griddle 5 months ago. I LOVE it for cooking my eggs. I don't have to use cooking spray or butter and the eggs come right off. The plates are SUPER easy to clean. They still look new despite having cooked hamburgers and bacon and steak on them. The grease just washes away.Now speaking of grease, the griddle doesn't get rid of the grease very well. It doesn't go straight to the grease trap, it goes under the plates and into the machine. We took it apart because it wouldn't start and there was a REALLY thick layer of grease inside the machine and I was always cleaning grease off the surface it was on.
