Relentless Improvement Magnesium L Threonate 90 Count Special Low-Excipient Formulation

I've been on a methylation program for over a year now and this supplement has helped improve my sleep. It was suggested by my ND to take all 3 caps 1 hr before I go to bed. Easier to remember that way.

This is one of those supplements I take, based on the lectures of Judith Mikovits, I have to have faith that it is doing something worthwhile but frankly, I don't notice anything and I am not sure what it is supposed to do. It is such a mess with the capsules coming open that I have decided not to purchase it anymore.

These pills containing magnesium has reduced muscle cramping every day to once per week. Cool

You get what you pay for. I would avoid this one Magnesium Theronate. Upon opening the bottle there was product all over the place that either leaked out of a broken capsule or was remnant from a hasty packing process. Pay the extra dollar and order from a legitimate well known brand. The certainty is worth it. Don't make the mistake I did.

I’m happy with this product itself. I’ve been ordering it for a good long time. But every time I take my dosage out of the bottle, I am annoyed because one or two capsules are always broken and the powder has to be wiped off before I take it. I take a bunch of supplements and like to put a weeks worthin little cups each week but I always have to stop and blow or wipe away the powder from the broken capsules. Plus the fact that Ive lost about two pills out of every bottle.

This magnesium helps me sleep! I’m not a great sleeper but I sleep much better when I take this. It also works great for headaches.

Best spotlifter on the market.I use it since more then 20 years,but you cannot use it on poplin cotton.

Poor quality control. Avoid brand.
