Split at mid-length after 6 months normal usage.
Purchased the hose on Oct 12, 2017, the hose split mid-length both the inner rubber tube and the outer fabric cover on April 14, 2018. I always followed manufacturers care and use instructions, never left the hose in the sun and drained it after each use. The product description states, there is a 12 months warranty, mine broke after 6 months. Who do I contact to get a replacement or refund? On the positive side, the hose was lightweight and easy to use and was easy to retract to its original length.

Low quality product
Nozzle is leaking and it can't take even medium pressure. Pipe diameter is very small. Can't use for garden. It feels really low quality. I would definitely return it

Attachment pieces are very flimsy, and don't seal well. where the hose attaches to spout, its made with cheap plastic that doesnt seal well.

Terrible product cheap plastic cant attach to pipe.
