Deforms when you use it.
While the pump does work and is obviously easy to use, I did have the issue of the top creating an oval shape when pumping which not only pinched but let air in preventing suction. I personally would not recommend this to anyone who has a larger bust like myself or who plans on using this when engorged. I found another one whose design doesn’t deform and I love it. I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it so I’ll probably give it away.

Portable Manual Pump
These manual pumps are easy and portable to travel with. I have a little trouble with the suction at times but when it was on the right way, I was able to get some milk. I would recommend this product if you're on the go and need something quick and easy to express milk with.

Works fairly well
Works fairly well. Doesn’t collect much though, but that might be because of my small milk supply. Falls off easily sometimes but that might be my fault too. The measurements on it are also off!! You’ll think you’ve collected an ounce and pour it into a bottle and it’s like half as much as you thought.

NOT A PUMP
Not a pump but rather just a "milk collection cup that has suction to stay on your breast. 5 stars if it were listed as a collection cup because it functions well as one. 1 star since its listed as a pump, because it isn't a pump nor can it function well as one.

Works great for let down but...
Works great for catching let down while baby nurses on the opposite side. Definitely not strong enough to use as typical pump. The ounces are about 1/2-1 ounces less than whats marked on the pump.

Helpful.
This has been very useful for me. I use it when I have an over production and need to release some milk so my daughter can latch. My only negative is that it doesn't stay on well so I have to hold it the whole time or end up with milk everywhere.

This is an awesome hand pump
This is an awesome hand pump! The suction is strong and it's so much more convenient than an electric pump when you just need a quick pumping.
