I was told by my Physiotherapist to get a pair of insoles that are firm because those are the ones that give the best support to your arches. I thought that would be a simple task but it turns out that a decent pair of firm insoles are hard to come by.I'm so glad that I managed to find these ones though. They may be more expensive than all the other "soft gel / foam" insoles on the market that fool you into thinking that they are comfortable, but these ones offer you the best support that your feet really need. I mean sure, walking on pillows may feel nice for a while, but at the end of the day those are offering your heels and arches 0 support.These Healix Care insoles however provide the best of both worlds, with its shock proof layer and the fantastic arch and heel support these insoles provide complete comfort and support when walking.I usually end up with my feet really burning around my arches due to the lack off support in my shoes when I walk for too long, but since wearing these insoles I haven't had this occur once which is incredible considering how often that it used to happen.I really cannot recommend these enough!

These are a firm favorite for in my work boots and trainers. I use to buy Oder Eaters but these are so much better, much more comfort and support too.
