Yes they're flimsy. But what do you expect for the price? I had to throw the top couple in the stack. And I wouldn't give them to children. But for my use they are perfect and look a lot prettier than others I have had. I use them as bathroom tumblers for tooth brushing and medication taking, and they are perfectly fit for those purposes!

I have seen many disposable cups in my life but these are really bad. They look pretty, sure, but they are so fragile and brittle, they crack from a light squeeze (children do squeeze cups when drinking). Bought 50 cups for 20 children and they were all broken like in 20 minutes of the party. Had to bring my mugs from the house to carry on with drinks. TERRIBLE quality!

So much nicer than normal plastic cups.
