I never knew a cream like this existed until recently, but I am so happy I found it. A tiny bit is all you need on each ear! I love love earrings and wear them every day, and even the ones that normally make my ears itch, I can now wear all day. This cream is a game-changer. It is a tiny bit overpriced for a such a small tube, but it will last a really long time.

I love this stuff! It has been the only solution to keeping my skin from reacting to the metal on the back of my Apple watch. I just put on a few dots worth and rub it in prior to putting my watch on, and I'm all set. I love that there is a solution so that I can keep wearing the watch.

Found the research that was done on this ingredient and how it works and then purchased this product. I could no longer wear my Apple Watch bc the morons over at Apple put metals in the watch that many people react to, including me. I developed an allergy over time from wearing the watch. The red nasty rash would take weeks and sometimes months to go away. This cream works me. I like to workout and sweat pretty hard while wearing my watch to monitor my heart. I put a good amount of cream on my skin (less didn’t work well for me) and only wait a couple of minutes before putting on my watch. I have to remove the watch as soon as I finish my workout and wash my wrist and watch thoroughly or I might still get a small spot of irritation. I think this is necessary bc I sweat so much during the workout. I’m going to try wearing the watch longer minus the workout sweat and see how the cream holds up. So far, it’s amazing.

I read many reviews before deciding to buy this product. In fairness, I want it known that this product did not work for me. If anything it irritated my ears even more. I have dealt with a lead and nickel allergy for years and I sure hoped for better....buy at your own risk....quite costly for nothing.

i am allergic to Nickel - and simply putting arms on metal surface got a reaction - came across this product and it works and for me its life changing in a very good way - can wear now a watch without having blisters and scars - i got the cream and the moisturizer - truly thankful for the developers of this product!!!!!

I will update if this does not continue to work, but so far it is excellent. Contact dermatitis has been the bane of my existence. Even high end watches would leave itchy raised circles on the top of my wrist where the watch back touched my skin unless the watch itself was pure silver or gold. I can now wear my Apple 8 Watch! So happy! I will update if things change.

This stuff is amazing.I discovered, after owning an Apple Watch for about six weeks, that I have a nickel allergy.Once I realized what was going on, I started researching solutions so I wouldn’t need to get rid of the watch, and this cream came up. After reading a ton of reviews, and seeing a lot of people complain about the size of the tube, I decided to take a chance anyhow.The first photo is the day I started using the cream, the second one about six weeks in, and the last one a few weeks ago—after using the cream daily for six months.It slowly healed the nickel rash/burn—and I can wear my Apple Watch all day every day as long as I put the cream on.I will say, for the first two months, I was swapping wrists every other day to give my burned wrist a break, but for the last four months I’ve been using it on the same wrist every day.I have been using the same (yes, tiny) tube since April. It is a little bitty tube, but you only n d a drop a day to rub into the spot where the nickel jewelry will touch.Love this stuff. Will buy another tiny tube if my first tiny tube ever runs out—but it honestly doesn’t seem like it ever will. It is the Mary Poppins carpet bag of tiny tubes.

While my dermatologist gave me some steroid cream to kill a very bad inflammatory response to nickle from my Polar smart watch, I wanted to try to keep wearing it. So, now, before i workout I put this lotion on as a barrier. Its amazing. I also use before I wear "silver" bracelets. Thank god for research, science and companies like this! My arm looked like it was being eaten away by acid or laser or ... it was just, gah, scary.

I have to wear a medical alert bracelet at all times, and it's brought my attention to the fact that I must have an allergy to some alloy in the silver, or to silver itself. Although I've only been using it for a few days now, the Protective HPS cream is a lifesaver! I apply it 3 times a day (for the full 24 hours), and that painful and itchy rash has cleared right up! I don't know how you guys did it, but thank you so so much for this product. The only downside is the price, as for $30 it's a very small tube... but for now, well worth it. The customer service is also something to rave about, as they're very prompt in returning emails and reaching out to see how you're doing with the product. All around, great... will order again and again, I'm sure!Thank you again!

I have struggled with a severe nickel allergy affecting my hands (only) for the last two years. This product has literally been life changing for me. My hands were covered in blisters and open sores, often to the point where I could not wash my own hair, hold hands with my spouse or shake hands at the office. Within a week of using this product my hands were perfectly clear and totally healed. I use it now for preventative measures and strongly recommend this to anyone with metal allergies. It has simple, effective ingredients and since I buy the Hypoallergenic version there is no smell, which I like. Non-greasy and doesn't sting or hurt.
