Q: Can i adjust a high pitch jam block to it??

The kit comes with an attachment and a cowbell. A jam block could be used in place of the cowbell.

Q: How do you assemble this kit ?

Just slide drums unto stand and cow bell slides into the hole ready you got it very simple.

Q: How low does the stand go? I want to order these for my 3 yr old, and want to bring down low enough.

The stand will go down to about 32 inches, with the drums being flat. The drums can be angled though lowering them even more.
