Practical and good
This brush is so efficient and good. The bristles are large and longer so they're easy to use and cover a much larger surface.Con: the bad thing about this is when I brushed a hot bread with cool olive oil (to make the bun shinier and more moisturised), the bristles melted like plastic and became hard. I had to cut them off to use the brush :/

The best pastry brush I've ever owned. Cleans really easily and doesn't 'shed' its bristles at all.

Good brush.
Great brush. I use mine for putting oil onto things I am cooking or for coating a griddle. It is a big brush and I had to explain to my family that it was a pastry brush not a paint brush. Happy with this product.

A very nice basting brush
I use it to baste breads - the brush holds a decent quantity which allows me to cover a bread quickly.
