I finally give up, I'm throwing it out.
The accuracy on this scale is terrible. I've had readings go up *or* down by up to 4 pounds after weighing, (with the scale already supposedly calibrated) stepping off the scale, and stepping back on. I even installed new batteries hoping that was the issue with no improvement. I regret not spending a few more dollars on something else.Update 11/18/2018: Started a new weight loss program and have finally gotten frustrated enough by the inaccuracy to throw it out and get something else.
