Yesss!! Arch support!!
First time I've actually felt some real arch support from an insole - and I've tried far too many for my liking. It is not soft, but that's sort of the point. It has changed my gait, I'm not over-pronating and ending up flat-footed anymore. Footprint looks more like the picturesque ones you see on beaches now :-)

I found these great straight away, no getting used to them just put them in and off I went. I showed these to my podiatrist and she said they are the ones she recommends

Very comfortable and reduce odour
Although these are expensive they do work well giving good arch support, reduced sweating and odour. They let air circulate around the soles of the foot keeping feet cool.

Support Insoles
