Defunct company
There is a real language barrier with the owners manual in English. It was hard to read and understand exactly what it is saying. Not to keen on the motion alarm either. At the lowest sensitivity it still alarms at rain and snow, even steam from a dryer vent. So I turned the alarm off, what's the point of that. Otherwise great cameras, good definition and easy to install. This company appears to have gone out of business, do not buy, they have no downloads on their website and no support.

Good customer service
2018-03-21 Update:The company reached out to me and provided a replacement. Their customer service is well rounded and quick to respond. So far the camera does work a lot better than the original one I received. We'll have to wait and see if it lasts longer.The video quality is crisp and clear once again!2017-12-13 Original Review:Less then a month and the camera has already died.

Poor resolution
resolution not as good as other 1080p cameras available on Amazon. Night vision is poor and unit sometimes goes off line. I either have a defective unit or it is a poor quality camera.

Low quality and durability
Camera turned almost completely snow filled and unusable after only 4 months of use. Customer service is horrible, I have emailed them multiple times describing my issue and only thing I got back was our cameras are waterproof and how was it installed. I emailed them explaining that connections where made waterproof by sealing connections and installing them in waterproof box, since then have not heard a word from them. Maybe there trying to stall 8 months so "warranty" will expire

Nyxcam Security Camera Excellent Value and Performance
Excellent picture quality and great illumination with the Infer red light. We have had minus 5 degree weather and the camera worked fine.

Good for quick basic setup, can be annoying for anything advanced.
Confusing menus, inconsistent updates on cameras (can be delayed on status screens). It’s a decent “plug and play” system, but changing settings can be a daunting task.
