Came across on Amazon and thought I’d use to see if it stopped water ingress on my mum’s garage.Careful measurement and cleaning of the concrete necessary. Glued in the 2-line zig/zap between way shown in the material and it all stuck very well. Still solid a month later.The runner is thick at its thickest so a good, sharp knife required.It’s done a great job with water reduced to a trickle. Not the strip’s fault, I need to seal the corners of the door frame.I’m very happy with this and money well spent.

Fantastic product and very easily applied

Excellent product. Rain was being blown in under new garage door due to high winds. Considered major work to install strip drain and tried this product for a quick fix. No need for major work as this did the job. Arrived within the appropriate time frame as stated by seller. Followed instructions and found it easy to apply. Used adhesive to key floor first and left for five minutes. Applied main amount and placed rubber on top and pressed down. Did second layer of adhesive along the edges on the following day. The seal has solved the problem of water ingress as well as leaves and dust. Would recommend it.

I got the Garage door floor seal from Amazon, Cut it to size, I stuck it down in desired position, And yes it has successfully blocked Rainwater ingress.

Fabulous product, keeps all the debris out of my garage. It’s never looked so tidy.
