Q: I'm only 5-6 will they fit?

Yes, I am 5’9” and had to let them out quite a bit. I think they may fit you right out of the box, most certainly, they won’t be too large or long. I’ve had mine a few months and wear them a couple times a week and they are very comfortable and look great.

Q: Are they elastic do they stretch ?

The are not elastic and do not stretch. They are more like cargo straps than suspenders

Q: Where are these made?

China, but don’t let that stray you from purchasing it. They are a quality product.

Q: My fairly new ones' adjustable clips won't stay locked. Do these clips stay locked?

I use them with Levis and they never come loose for me. And I always use them while doing yard work.
