Kids like the taste and I like that these have methylated vitamins which are more bioavailable but I wish they did not contain erythritol as a sweetener as recent studies suggest there may be negative health effects.

Improve the taste
My kids will eat vitamins but not these. I tried one. Definitely not a good taste. But for the benefits and the money I spent. They will finish this bottle out
