Evolve Exotics Satin Sunset Bonnet

The bonnet is a good size, it has a real satin inside lining and the color is Nice! The issue is that the color bleeds.I noticed orange on my white pillow case and was shocked. I soaked the bonnet with washing liquid overnight and allowed it to dry. It still bleeds on my white pillowcases.I like it but, why oh why does it bleed orange.

Beware of this hair bonnet, the dyes in this bonnet ruined my bedding. I tried washing it and yet it remained. There is heavy orange dye in this product; I even had to wash my hair because i'm sure with it damaging my pillow case and etc. it transferred onto my hair as well.

This thing stains! Zero stars.Like my hair would sometimes sweat especially since it is summertime. But when I wake up my pillowcase is covered with orange spots!

I have been using this bonnet for about 3 weeks now. I have some trouble trying to keep it on my head. The band is not loose, but it is a bit slippery. Even though the fabric for the band is quite comfortable, it doesn't do much to keep it on my head while I'm sleeping. I've had to use clips in the front and back of my head to keep it on. I've got a pretty big head, so it's pretty surprising that I'd have so much trouble keeping it on. the band definitely isn't tight, but because I have to wear it with clips (that attach to my hair), it causes dents or creases in my hair where it rests on my head. This sort of destroys the purpose of using it to maintain my hairstyle, but it is very helpful for keeping my hair from getting damaged. The material is very soft and gentle on my hair. I also frequently color my hair and this bonnet keeps my hair color from making a mess of my pillowcase. I really prefer this to using a satin pillowcase since the pillowcase I had was absolutely horrible for my skin. This one allows me to use more comfortable cotton pillowcases without me having to worry about my hair.Overall, despite the issues I have with keeping it on, I do find it very useful and pretty necessary for maintaining my hair.

it needs to be washed first I guess. It totally messed up my pillowcase and pillow with the orange liquid. the stain does not wash away...

I've been eyeing this bonnet for some time now, finally decided to bite the bullet. Honestly it's exactly what I was looking for, long enough for my length hair(which is only about to my under boob but can holder longer hair lengths) it's really silky and smooth on the inside and you can tie it how tight you want it so it doesn't slip off at night. I've found that even it's it's just a bit loose, it will slip off at night since its so slippery on the inside, so be wary of that I guess.

Difficult to put on if you have curlers in your hair because the elastic will only stretch so far. I find that the elastic rides up and you don't wake up with the turban where you put it. It ends up above your ears and pulling up on the hairline in the back and it tends to work downward on the forehead. But... It absolutely did Keep My Curls intact and when I removed it My Curls were just as bouncy and beautiful as when I put on the cap. So if you can get past the minor difficulties and except where the cap decides to put itself on your head then you will love this because after all, you are trying to make your hair more healthy and keep your curls intact and not all mushed together and frizzy when combed out. I would recommend this very reasonable product to greatly help your hair health and retain your curl

This bonnet is nice and roomy. Do not have to worry about it crushing your hair.I think the best thing about this bonnet is that it does not come offwhile you are sleeping. For this reason alone it gets 5 stars from me.This was definitely a great purchase.Another plus for me is that it is not too tight on your head.

The quality of the product is pretty good. But I find the monetary value charged for it is extremely high. And for girls who are starting CG method I don't know how much this will be helping you because it doesn't fit me at all. I go to sleep with it and wake up finding it to lie beside me. It's better you find an alternative for this one. I hope this review was helpful.

I like it, it's actually really comfortable to wear. I just wish it was a little bit more... puffier and bigger. I also wish it came in different colors and different sizes. I got medium orange bonnet. Can't wait to see if it stays on tonight

I have ordered Evolve Satin bonnet twice over Amazon, but what I received the second time was obviously a duplicate product! Nowhere on the package does the brand Evolve appear! The quality of the product was very different. What was bought the first time was obviously the original. The second one was some unnamed product made in Gurugram, too big, bad stitching, with twisted elastic within the black band. The original Evolve bonnet does not have elastic in it and is still a good fit and made with good quality satin. Have been duped with some duplicate product not worth even half the price (₹600+) that it was charged! Please be aware of the duplicity of this product. I had ordered it after being completely happy with the original Evolve silk bonnet that I had bought 6 months back. Would have given negative rating if I could! I have been duped by Amazon by passing a random product under the brand name of Evolve!

I have chronic pain and long hair. Whenever my hair gets caught under me or anywhere when I’m sleeping it causes a great amount of pain. This cap keeps all my hair in one place and it’s satin inside so my hair doesn’t stick. I have a larger head and this fits very comfortably.

It works good but I think it’s much money for it, it doesn’t seem of such a good quality

Flimsy fabric, fits very big. My hair is long and 2c curls. Works okay but falls off during night. Altered it by shortening the elastic almost 1.5 inches.

The bonnet doesn't stay put. When I wake up in the morning it will be somewhere on my bed instead of my head. There's no feature to adjust the bonnet. Otherwise the quality is good.

Very small. I don't have a huge head, but add in my dreads and it's impossible. Even without my dreads this would never fit.It was frustrating spending 5-10 minutes trying to stuff my hair in this, Ireall don't see the point.I also didn't see different sizes?The material is soft, it would help if it fits.Quality is fair for the price

Si no quieres comprar una funda de satín, esta gorra es la opción. El inconveniente (o al menos para mí) es que me quedó grande y se me cae en la noche, mientras duermo. Y con el paso de los días, el elástico va aflojando. Mi cabello es rizado, pero no tiene tanto volumen como el cabello rizado tipo cuatro, por ejemplo. Yo tengo chino tipo 2c, 3a.Me habría gustado que hubiera tallas, tal vez chico, mediano y grande, por ejemplo. Solo es sugerencia, claro.

This is BY FAR the best deal on Amazon for this bonnet, but it's just too small. My hair is almost to my waist and very curly, so unless I braid it, it just won't fit comfortably in this. I still use it most night and it does help keep my curls nice! I would probably buy a bigger one in the future, but for this price I think it's worth it. Also, if you have shorter hair this would probably be perfect. I just use two bobby pins on the side of my head to keep it in place at night and I've never had a problem with it falling out! I don't really like the quality of the head band piece, but the satin is very soft on the inside. Just wish there were sizes!!

My kid makes fun of me for wearing this but I don't care. This bonnet was recommended to keep my curls from getting damaged on a normal pillow case, and to keep them springy for day 2 hair. I don't think I'm meant for day 2 curls and this bonnet didn't help, but it did keep me a lot cooler in the summer by having my hair away from my neck. It's exactly as described by the seller and good value for the price.

Exactly what I was looking for. It's very smooth on the inside, and stays on my head overnight without leaving any marks on my forehead. I saw another review that said they had washed the bonnet before use to get the orange colour out, which I also did but no colour came out so I don't think it would've stained.

Quite happy. It stays on for me all night. I would recommend washing before using as It can stain your pillowcase. However the color washed out of pillowcase my white pillowcase without any issues.

Me compré este producto con miedo a que por el precio fuese de super mala calidad, pero me ha sorprendido, super buena calidad, es importante especificar que el satín solo está en la parte por dentro que está en contacto con el cabello la parte de afuera es como spandex, pero está bien porque ayuda a que las cosas que sirven para atarlo se ajusten bien. Lo recomienda mucho para chicas con cabello largo, yo lo tengo muy corto y creo que el tipo gorro me habría sido de mayor utilidad, sin embargo la calidad precio es excelente.

The elastic that should keep the bonnet secure on the head loses shape very very quickly. Not worth the buy.
