We are very happy with the ion foot spa.

I loved the unit for the first 6 months, until it stopped working. After 2 emails and 3 phone calls I finally received information to return for warranty repair. I was instructed to return in original box or comparable. I did not have original box so I had to pay for box , packing and shipping back to company which cost me $50.00 in total shipping fees. I was informed they do not reimburse for the shipping fees I paid. I did receive a fairly quick response with repaired unit. I hope it lasts longer than 6 months (I am saving my box and packing material just in case).
