I’m a trainer and have probably tried a dozen training bags. This dog treat pouch is the best for me. Here’s why. It is perfect size, not bulky and with no sloppy overhang beyond its fastener (whether belt hook or loop). It fits tight to the body, no bouncing.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I looked at practically every one of these dog pouches on Amazon...and I can now say with confidence that I am glad I went with this one! Now I can go out with my dog and I don't need to be trying to stuff my pockets with all of my belongings PLUS his. Believe it or not, dog treats don't stay very nice when they are smashed in your tiny shorts pocket with your keys and more in the middle of summer!My pup has also come to associate the pouch with treats (naturally). I feel like he is better behaved and more attentive when I'm out with it. He definitely returns to "come!" faster!Now a rundone of the actual product:I can't think of any concrete complaints. It is very cute with the torquoise lining. It strikes a good balance between being light and being sturdy. It's made of high quality material; it is designed well; and it is very roomy. For the price, it can't be beat! It comes with so much other stuff too. Everything you see in the picture is really included!POCKETS: I love that the pouch has both a zippered pocket for things I want to keep safe and stayed put, AND a mesh pocket for things I want readily available. Between both pockets I have no trouble fitting my phone, keys, candy, cigarettes, lighter, etc. The mesh pocket is roomy enough to hold lots of objects, while the elastic at the top is still tight enough that I don't feel any of my stuff might fall out, no matter how full. (I sometimes use the mesh pocket for trash, which works well too.)POUCH: The pouch itself is very deep and roomy. It is tall and wide enough to hold both bones and any number of treats. I saw one reviewer wishing there was room for a ball. I'm not sure how much stuff she was trying to fit in...unless you are trying to shove in 3 whole pounds of treats, there is definitely room for a ball! If anything, the pouch is too deep.POOP BAGS: The little cubby and hole on the back for dispensing poop bags is extremely convenient as well. It is easy to insert the roll of poop bags, thread the first one through, and easy to pull them out as needed. Any standard roll of poop bags will fit and they will stay put in the zippered pocket. (I'm currently using the Amazon brand bags.) The pouch is even big enough that you could throw in a back up roll just in case!Note: The pouch does come with a bonus poop bag roll, as mentioned in the product description. However, they are very thin and I didn't end up using them. I'm not complaining, as it is a bonus item with an already low cost product. Just a note.STRAPS: I love that both a belt strap AND an over the shoulder strap is included. That was not something I saw included with other similar products, (if a belt strap was even included at all). The straps are wide, fairly sturdy, function fine, and are easily adjustable. Both straps can be adjusted to be very short or very long. (I often use the shoulder strap very short and hang it from a chair/hook/etc.)The belt strap is similar. While it might look like a funny fanny pack, the pouch does feel stable when around my waist and through my pants' belt loops. It's weight is not uncomfortable or super noticable. The belt strap threads easily through two loops on the back of the pouch, keeping it still and easily accessable.NOTE: Again, I cannot claim they are the highest quality of straps ever. If you want a super sturdy strap made of a thick material, you'll need to drop some money at a baggage store.

I'm known as the Soccer Mom of the dog park. I've been bringing an enormous bag with a bowl for water, treats so that I can convince my dog to leave with me when our playtime is done, his leash, balls to be chased, and of course-because I am a responsible dog owner-waste bags. Honestly, I don't know how everyone else has done it without honking big bags. I am happy to say that I've downgraded...in size, not in quality! This bag is an ingenious way to take what I need to the dog park without subjecting myself to gentle ridicule. There is a collapsible bowl for water, a lovely lined bag for treats, a hidden pocket for waste bags, and plenty of room left over for a tennis ball or two. Or keys and a wallet, if needed. There is a clip to attach it to a belt, OR a strap to hang it over a shoulder, OR a strap to wrap around your waist. I'm still discovering how clever this bag is. Oh! Forgot to say that it is waterproof! This is a lovely little bag with loads of possibilities for you!
