1 Ounce 2012 .999 Pure Copper Bullion Round Mercury Head Design

I own several of these novelty collectable rounds (coins) and plan to continue purchasing them. I don't care that they are not an item that I or my heirs are going to be able to sell for a HUGE profit in the future. They are just a really cool inexpensive item to collect. There are several items that I collect for the fun of it and these are nice to own!

This copper coin stays close to the front of the original 'mercury dime' design. I have a side by side comparison photo here to demonstrate. The original dime has more depth in the face structure of the Liberty Head than the copper round, but you can only notice this when looking closely with oblique lighting.The copper coin comes in a bubble wrapped pouch and is enclosed in a plastic coin case. Despite the plastic case, mine came with a minor flaw with a blemish and scratch that you can see on the neck. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturing issue or whether is has something to do with improper handling while it was placed into the case to be shipped.Overall, I'm very happy with the coin. The only part of it that I wish I could change would be the reverse design of the coin - I wish the tail of the coin also matched the original liberty dime with the olive branch.

Any time I buy from Reedersong, they are fantastic, never a problem. All top quality. I plan to buy more Copper Rounds soon.

I really like the art and the message that this Copper Bullion Round Mercury Head Design sends, especially when it was minted as the silver dime, because it is such an old figure being used to make the same statement, an exchange of value.
