Lasted less than a year
Great product. Study and durable. Had brought two other chargers and they did not last a couple of months. I am happy with this oneUpdate: Spoke too soon! Although it lastest a bit as long as the others I brought it only lasted 6 months before it started playing up. Today it stopped working and I have only had it 9 months. Not sure why I have so many issues with chargers for this laptop. I have never had to replace a charger for any of the laptops I have owed before. Maybe I will see about buying an official ASUS charger and see if that is any better.

Satisfied
I am satisfied with the product. It is not as small form as my original but it does fit and work. The plug does not fit snugly, but it may be the port that is worn rather than a poor fit. I was using a universal charger after the original broke but it did not fit properly at all. I am thankful to have a real charger again.

It works perfect with my old ASUS that dropped on floor -- breaking the plastic jack.This adapter is really the best value for money -- charges my ASUS like original, and has even longer cord -- great for my work giving me extra room to move it away from the outlet!

Bent on arrival
Bought this charger because my other one broke. When I received this one, it was bent. This normally isn't a problem, but this was bent so badly that it damaged the cord, so now I can only use it if I bend the cord in a funny way. I payed 11$ for a new cord so I didn't have to do this.

Product does its job
Very simply, it does its job. I bought an Asus laptop for my nephew as a present, and his new dog ate the cord. I didn't even know that was a thing until he told me. The product fits perfectly, and he can use his computer again.

Good quality, but make sure you have the right size port.
This item appeared to be good quality and arrived promptly, however I ordered the wrong size and had to return it. Customer service has been very helpful, and I would recommend this charger, provided it's for the right laptop.
