volume button miserable quality
the handset is cool, very convenient, sound and all is good BUT: the button for the volume control was stuck on 1 side. when i tried to adjust volume by pressing it, other side got stuck also now it's unusable and the handset does not work at all anymore.

The cord needs to be longer
This product feels good while using it, but hard to manage with such a short cord
