Plantronic was great. but after two year lost it. The GLCON seemed similar when ordered. The power on/off button is on the back of the headset and very hard to use. The earpieces hurt my ears and the voice was so static-ey I could not hear the conversation. by the time the voice quoted the incoming phone number, the party had hung up. I was waiting for days for the headset to come and now I have to return it for another type.

I boot this for my son for he’s ps3. He seems to like it but often has trouble hearing out of it from time to time

LOVE LOVE LOVE this Bluetooth headset. A huge relief for a very busy traveling professional. My first pair received were returned due to missing parts however, the second pair received much appreciated!

The wrap around ear piece that snaps on broke as soon as I tried to put it on. Made of a hard thin plastic material. Should be made of. a flexible softer rubber-like material. I returned the entire unit because of this.

Works very good, fits in the ear perfectly and love the idea for the four extra hooks for the ear that came with equipment. Sound is of great quality and easy to use and set up with phone.

Great product! I have bought 3 for different people. The third one after 4 months started to not hold a charge, contacted the seller and immediately got a response! Wonderful customer service! Could not be happier with my bluetooth.
