The bags work extremely well as food delivery bags.The two gripes I have with them is the frequently mentioned single weak zipper.Also the plastic inside is thin and easily tearable. If there's any unsecured tape on packages placed into the bag it will immediately stick to the plastic of the bag and rip or stretch it when you pull it out.The design of the plastic around the opening of the bag also ensures that it frequently gets caught in the zipper, causing the lining of the bag to rip in that area and threatening to derail the single zipper unless you are very very careful.Other than these two designed to fail features this is a good bag. It is my go-to bag for food delivery and with a little bit of caution can last several months. Just be aware that the zipper and the lining is very very cheap and you will likely have to replace these bags every 4 to 6 months as they are designed to self destruct.

I deliver food, and I shop for folks, and I needed something to keep my cold items cold, and hot items hot. I found these and it was a good price, for two of them! They are made of excellent quality, I love the handels, very solid, and very easy to carry even when the bags are heavy. The zippers are a bit fickle tho. You can not zip them up quickly, they get caught and snag pretty easily. If you are careful, and pay attention you should not have too much of a problem.The breakdown on how I determine my star rating of a product…5 stars – I love it! Very pleased with this purchase so far. Keeps food very hot. It's getting cold here and when I arrive at a delivery location, steam often billows out of the bag when I open it. Heavy weight bag that has me hoping it will last for a long time. Inside is plastic lined so it won't leak. The bottom is not solid, but it holds even heavy loads well. The side straps are handy for large orders or longer items that require loading from the side. Big enough to fit a Little Cesar's pizza, but top doesn't zip once you have 3 in it. Carried about 7-8 full sized Jersey Mike's subs a few nights ago with ease. Pay attention when zipping bag, it will get caught if you don't.

I love that the liner of this bag is seamless! If something spills you can rinse it, turn the liner inside out, and let it dry. MUCH easier to keep clean than any other bag, and the waterproof liner will save your car if you end up having something leak! This bag truly needs two zipper pull instead of one, and for the seam of the actual zipper to be redesigned, but it's still the best cooler bag I have tried and I work as a personal chef. It has a lot of room and with ice packs really keeps things cold for a long time.

I needed replacement bags for Instacart. These bags are great replacements. What immediately stood out, to me, an issue that may affect durability over time with use is the bag is built with a zipper that is flimsy compared to my original Bamko bag. A thicker sturdier zipper with 2 zips would make a better product IMO.

I work as an Instacart personal shopper; I shop for groceries and deliver them to people/businesses. These can handle a lot of weight and will hold up to frequent use. These can hold two 2-gallon things of milk from Costco with a little room for something else on top.

This was the perfect amount of storage for the food items that I needed to transport. It did not keep my food warm for as long as I expected, but I think it may do better for keeping foods and items at colder temperatures.

These bags are cheap and not worth the money the zippers are garbage I give them a week maybe there okay for shopping but for making deliveries and how many times I have to open them they will not last and the bottom the way the material is made they do not sit level while traveling I have two grubhub bag that are the best bags and these are the exact opposite they should of made a better quality bag and sold one of them for that price and I would of been happy and there is only one zipper on the bag if you are looking for a strong bag do not get these. I did figure a way of making the zipper last if you go slow and there is this white insulation that it hits if you push it to the side the zipper works better I will update my review if I am able to if it lasts a while I may up my stars
