Yehuda Gluten Free Matzo Meal, 15 Ounce (Pack of 4, Total of 60 Oz)

Works fantastic as a GF and Paleo substitute for bread crumbs. That's right. Although it doesn't advertise itself as such the ingredients contain no grains.

Bought this for my granddaughter who was recently diagnosed with Celiac. Everyone thought the coating on my chicken cutlets at the Passover Seders was better with the gluten free Matzoh meal than the regular.

Been using only Yehuda gluten free matzo meal for years. Use it for breading and in recipes.

This gluten-free matzo meal is just as good as the regular one. I've been adding a little (scant 1/8 tsp) baking powder for every 1/4 cup matzo meal to get lighter/fluffier matzo balls. My husband and I both love it.

Makes gummy, loose balls, but better than having gluten. Should be good to coat fish also.

It is a little misleading. Yes it appears to be kosher for Passover, but to make matzo ball soup, you have to add baking soda which is typically not suitable for Passover.

A little pricey but worth it. Perfect for matzoh balls and it was a great filler for turkey meatloaf

We do not like it at all. Followed directions and the Matzo Balls turned out to be dark grey in color and did not taste the way they should. We love Yehuda's regular and onion flavored Matzohs, but not the Matzo Meal at all.

This mix smells good enough to eat even before they are cooked. We follow the directions exactly as written; we add a bit of xanthan gum and let them chill overnight. If it's available, we also add chopped fresh tarragon, which really makes them especially delicious.Note that we have tried to cook them without chilling overnight and they were still good albeit loose. They really do benefit from being chilled overnight+at least part of the following day. It's worth the forethought and the wait.I recommend this product highly.

I wasted a whole container of this garbage and terrible results. I followed the instructions carefully and the balls all turned out to be mush and fell apart. $30 for garbage!
