This Dell computer is a major workhorse in my office. With 12 computers in the office, this machine surpasses the capability, speed, and storage of all the rest of the computers. I added a 1tb external for backups and additional space and it works great. I would definitely purchase from this dealer again. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I definitely wanted a computer with Windows 10 and I wanted the 16gb of onboard ram.

It's fast approaching a year now since I purchased this and I simply love this laptop. I am an entrepreneur and use it daily as my sole PC for everything, including light graphics design.I have since upgraded the 16gb ram to the 32gb max and it runs like a dream with now 16gb ram max shared to the video card.Opening up this laptop to upgrade the ram (as well as for regular maintenance/cleaning) was easy and done in a few minutes. In fact, Dell Latitudes are purposely made to be exceptionally easy to upgrade and repair (unlike the vast majority of laptops out there) and this was the #1 selling point for me when making this purchase as I intend on having this laptop for years to come before it needs to be replace. This machine does not disappoint in this area! Very easy to access everything you may need access to on the inside.I hate the touch screen, but that can be disabled in the BIOS. Also, you can turn down (or turn off) the brightness of the keyboard from the BIOS to help save on some battery as well. Very handy features in my opinion.My only complaint about this laptop is that when an SD card is inside of the SD card slot it does not sit flush to the machine, rather, it protrudes out slightly. For some this may be a non-issue, but for me I carry this around and store it on it's side so what often happens is the SD card gets pushed in (unlocked) and I'm afraid one of these times the SD card is going to break or get lost. Poor design choice in my opinion and annoys me to no end.Being a renewed/used item, it did come with some cosmetic scrapes to the outside of the laptop. A total non-issue for me and to be excepted with a renewed/used purchase.Overall, I'm sold on the Dell Latitudes and doubt I will ever go back to anything else. Love this laptop!UPDATE NOVEMBER 2023:Purchased a second laptop for my husband. The power supply shipped with his did not work. The seller was prompt with sending a replacement.Great little workhorses and excellent customer service from the seller. Highly recommended.

I specifically wanted Windows 10 Professional, which is what this claims to be. As a long time computing professional and Windows user since version 3.1, I am aware of what a dumpster fire Windows 11 is, and how it's getting worse as Microsoft slowly continues to lose its collective mind. I wanted to purchase the Microsoft ESU to keep getting Windows 19 support for another year while I figure out about making Windows 11 suitable for my workflow.But this item arrived with Windows 11 on it. The update history shows that it was upgraded from Windows 10 to 11, months ago, long before I ordered it.Edit: and the battery only lasts about 2 hours, even after careful conditioning. I took a look at it, and it is some third party battery, not a Dell OEM battery.

I haven't bought a laptop since freshman year of college, so I was a bit out of touch. This is a powerful little laptop that's great for everyday use and multitasking, and even some gaming! I was surprised how well it works with Xbox cloud gaming, but that's entirely up to your Internet connection. It can handle some downloaded games, but with the integrated graphics I wouldn't push it too much. For example you can push it to 720p for windwaker on dolphin and that's about it.The whole thing is snappy and easy to use with Windows 11. If you want a gaming laptop, I'd probably get one with a better graphics card, but I wasn't exactly planning to use it for that specially. As a school or work from home laptop this is ideal.I kind of forget this has a touch screen, I never use it, as the keyboard position is fixed so it just doesn't feel right, but it does work and is rather responsive.The speakers are on, I'd never listen to music solely on them, but for random YouTube or a TV show where the sound isn't all that important it does the job.My only complaints are that my power adapter started buzzing so I needed to replace that, and I was having an issue with the fan turning off but I resolved that with googling. Also the battery life is not great really at all. With power save everything on, I get about 2 hours, so I just plug it in while using.

I was looking for a simple laptop for work and this one fit the bill. Mine has a scratch on the left side, but I don't care. The rest of the laptop looks perfect and the keys work well.I do not know if they have all the same functions, but mine has a backlit keyboard, USB-C Thunderbolt, and your regular run-of-the-mill items that come standard on all laptops. The first two were important to me. The monitor was in great condition and even though it came in a non-specific box, the laptop came with a battery and power plug. Out of the box, it came right on with a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro. After updating it, it asked if I wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 for free. I did and the laptop runs it just fine. Complex video or audio processing takes a little more time, but it can do it and if this laptop is your standby computer like it is mine, then it should be fine. For $370, this renewed laptop is at a great price point, especially since I use this to break free from the office every so often.

Easy to set up,fast however after a few weeks in some lines come on the laptop and it glitches.

Laptop arrived in 2 days. Like new condition. Came with Windows11 already installed. I'm very happy with this purchase.
