For $20 it makes an outstanding camera stand.
I bought several of these when I found them selling for $20. One is being used by my daughter as a microphone stand, and the other two I'm using as camera mounts for shooting videos of projects in my shop. They serve either function very well. I did apply a little dry lube to the friction points to loosen them up a bit. For the price, I cannot find a thing to complain about.

Strength, durability, and realiability is what describes this.
If you are looking for a strong, sturdy, and great mic boom arm then this Knox Gear 38" stand is perfect for you. I was hesitant to spend the money I did on it, but if you want something that can handle the weight of a Yeti and not spend a fortune then this arm is for you. Get it, you won't be disappointed, at all!

Decent mic arm for the price, but would not go so far as to call it "Professional" quality.
Definitely worth the $ but due to the gauge of the steel used/design I would not consider this a "Professional-Grade" piece, but definitely a decent "Hobbyist-Grade".Like others, I am using mine as a camera arm for webcam/DSLR and vlogging.Take care and God bless.

Stays put!
Great value for the money. Comes with an edge mount clamp and a hole mount is optional.I have it holding a Blue Yeti X in a large Knox Gear shock mount and there is no movement whatsoever. The only - and I mean only - downside is that it is very tight and it takes two hands to move it where I want it, so I have to stop what I’m doing to move it. I don’t see a way to loosen the hinges except with a screwdriver and the instructions don’t say anything about what would happen if I did that.

Satisfied customer!
I was a little skeptical when choosing this boom arm over the rode psa boom arm. I was relieved when I opened the box and saw first hand how well the fit and finish is. Outstanding build quality. The movement is nice and smooth when adjusting the arm. It stayed in place after I found my mic placement. It's just as good as the rode version but 40 bucks cheaper.

Pretty excellent boom arm for the price
Been using this for about a month now, and it hasn't failed me yet. I will say that the little metal rod that you use to twist the clamp down is a little flimsy feeling but it hasn't broken or anything so not much to complain about.

Too stiff
Arm is too stiff to move, it takes a lot of force to readjust

Using this for Samson G Track Pro
Holds the massive G Track Pro Mic great. The shock mount I use for the mic though, it is a bit hard to find a proper one, is here:https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C5DCW2I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Please note the inline mic for voice feedback, and the instrument port is a bit blocked. If you get this for the G Track Pro, and the shock mount, please note that you will have to use various parts of both the shock mount and mic to hold it properly. You can not hold it at an upward angle, but it will stay horizontal and at a downward angle just fine. The overall range of motion on the boom arm is great, take it high or low, close or far, any direction 360 degrees.
