I live in Colorado and I'm in and out of the house all day. These are great for that, warm and comfortable in the house like slippers, but still boots for outside. I haven't worn them in really cold or wet weather so don't know yet how they are. They run just a little small, so I would go up a half size for thicker socks.

I tend to go through slippers/booties/etc. <insert whatever name you call them> - I wear them every day within the house and when I take the dogs out for potty breaks in the back yard. So, I definitely need hard soles on the bottom and a durable cloth for the upper part of the slipper. I ordered this style because I like that 1) it's lined with faux fur (so it's warm & fuzzy! LOVE!) 2) hard bottom sole 3) it's a bootie - so, it will do a much better job of keeping my feet and even my ankles warm in the chilly fall weather we have here in the Midwest.I'm embarrassed over the pictures that I was able to post... we've been inundated with rain here lately - so, we have mud just EVERYWHERE! As you can probably see, there are a few splotches of mud on the slippers. I was too lazy to wipe them clean (again) because it's currently raining (yes, again) lol! I will share with you - that last week, when we finally had a break in the rain, I did attempt to clean the then-mud off of them. They wiped clean really easily with a damp cloth. I think they could even go in the washing machine on gentle if needed.So... the three reasons I gave for ordering these slippers - yep... these definitely met my wants/needs and MORE! There is a side zipper on each slipper - on the outside. I feel that this helps the slippers feel more securely on - and are less likely to fall off when I get stuck in a patch of mud or when a dog steps on my slipper - it's less likely to fall off with this zipper that's in place.Overall - I am thrilled with this purchase! And, when I wear out this pair, will be looking for this one again! (which will probably be sooner rather than later given their daily abuse! lol!) <3

I had written a review previously and loved the boots. They are warm and comfortable to wear, almost like wearing slippers. Today was the first day I had to test the waterproof-ness of the boots. I didn't jump in a puddle or wade through a creek. I walked through about an inch of slush and as it splashed up onto the instep of the upper part of the boot, it seeped immediately through to my socks. I was literally just walking to my car in a parking lot. A big disappointment.

They are so cool and fun to wear. Very comfy and they keep my feet warm. I've played in the rain with them last week and they kept my feet dry. Super high quality and the best part if the fuzz that is inside of the boot so soft. I love them

they were late coming got lost in shipping. I got the size that usually lets me wear 2 pair of socks with other shoes but these are too small with thin socks my toes still hit the end.

They fit perfect; and are really cute and warm. Now am all set for winter in Michigan.

I gave the boots 3 stars because right out of the bag I'm somewhat disappointed. Here's why: I read the review that said that these boots were cute, but I would say that they are at best ok/neutral looking, at worst a bit old lady-ish. The product description says they are "strong grip, anti-skid, rigid rubber sole". The sole is somewhat bendable, but if it's rubber it's the least "gripping" rubber I've ever met--more like the molded rubber-ish plastic materials you get on the low end sneakers at the Big Box stores (for $26.99 I expected the kind of rubber that sticks your shoe to the floor to keep it from skidding). Some of the reviews mentioned that the zipper sticks. I found that to be the case with the left boot, but not so much that I couldn't get it to work. I wonder whether over time the zippers will fail, because there is a bit of drag as I zipped the boots up (I may use some spray to make the zippers slide better). The nylon (??) material of the uppers is adequate, but I doubt it will be waterproof if caught in a downpour or covered in snow (I sprayed the material with waterproofing/repellant with no apparent negative effect on the material). The faux fur lining definitely has a fake fur quality to it, but I knew it was fake when I made the purchase, so I didn't take off any stars. My biggest issue with the boots is that the sizing was a bit odd. I am usually an 8.5W (sometimes M in a wider cut) or a 9M, so I ordered a womens 9. I was wearing thicker wool/cotton winter socks when I tried the boots on and the right foot fit with a tiny bit of width to spare. However, the left foot, especially where the zipper closed at the top of the ankle was definitely snug. The odd part is that my left foot is 1/2 size smaller than my right and I've never had an issue with a shoe/boot fitting my right and being tight on the left foot--before this. The size on the bottom of both boots said "41", but I think quality control in production might have had an off day with my pair of boots. If you need room at your ankles (e.g., your ankles swell or are heavier) the way the zipper comes up the ankles and closes might make the tops too narrow for you.Overall, before wearing these in the snow/rain, I would say that they are just an ordinary, average pair of ankle boots, with some potential sizing problems. For these reasons they merit only 3 stars.
