Good security camera! Versatile.
Using this security camera on the front and top part of my house! Works great! Clarity is really good even at night! Able to connect to my home WiFi without any difficulties! Installed & mounted on my house easily! I did have to buy an extension power cable to run greater than 30 ft. I really like this camera and feel that it is more versatile than the Stick Up Cam I had with Ring because of its ability to scan left and right up and down! Also I like the fact that with this camera I don’t have to pay for cloud service although it is offered! I bought a 128GB SD card and it records everything until the card is used up and deletes older items as needed! I like the Ring still as I have several other of their products for certain objectives for perimeter security. My only drawback about this camera is that it doesn’t “track” movements from left to right i.e. when a car or a pedestrian passes by my house! But otherwise I am pleased with this camera!

eye4 app has become unstable and sluggish in response time
been using these cameras for several years, have several models, indoor, outdoor fixed and pan-able and up until recently they go off line to frequently and the eye4 app was responsive in a split second but for the last few months it's been really poor in its response to a point I thought it might be my router so I had it replaced but it made no difference and I cant find anyway to ask the site what the issue might be. If they were working as they had not that long ago I would be buying more and be giving it a 5 star but but a camera that wont respond is not that useful.
