The first pair I bought (XL) and they slid all over when in use during floor work. I do alterations and often sew items from scratch, so I find it hard to be an error in measuring for my size. But I gave it another shot and bought the size Large. They cut into my skin and rolled into an uncomfortable rope around my thighs.

Perfect for dance classes! I do pole dancing and we do a lot of sliding and dropping and this has saved me from many bruises!

I personally didn’t like how these fit. They made my legs look like ham(I’m 5’9” and 130lb, no overweight at all). Also padding was too hard and quite uncomfortable, I prefer thick but soft padding. This one felt like a hard shell.

I have used many different types of knee pads for exotic floor work, these are by far the best, specifically because they don’t strangle the back of my knee like all the rest. They are very comfortable for someone like me who has bigger legs. I bought the extra large .

I got these for a heels dance class - I already have a collection of standard black knee pads from my kids' sports practices. I am so glad that these are tan - they blend better with my skin color giving a better aesthetic look. They are not super puffy. I got the xs because my legs are not big and I didn't want them to slip. The elastic seems strong.

I bought the small and they slid off my knees easily when doing floorwork in my pole dance class so I gave to a friend and I bought the xs which is pretty snug but works without moving and doesn’t cut circulation either I’m 5’8” 125The size small did fit perfect. depending on what you need these for

I used them for a heel class. The room is dark so they look kind of invisible on my knees, which is good because I don’t want people to see them too much. The pads are thick enough for floor work. But they run a bit small so the top part squeezes around my legs. But I think a bigger size wouldn’t stay tight on my legs. I have to pull them up from time to time while dancing.

Theyre good for wearing 5-10mins. I bought them for pole dancing and will probably look for other ones to use. The knee pad is soft to wear but when bending your knees you can tell there is a plastic that prevents you from being comfortable le while bending knees. The material behind rolls into your knees crease so often having to readjust. If there is no need to bend the knee as much, these would do.

They fit fine. Purchased these knee pads to use for pole dance but the pad itself was so stiff it was difficult to do floor work and then with no grip behind the knee, couldn't use them on the pole either. Would rather spend another 10 dollars and get the Misuno ones from Sportchek.
