if you are keen on keeping fit but not a signed-up fanatical competitor, this set fits the bill and very good value. It's not emblazoned with big brand logos, which is fine for me, but gives support, stretch and comfort. Even if you are a regular competitor, this set is a good back up when the other is in the wash.Sizing tends to be a the small size so go up at least a size on your normal one and you should be fine.

The items arrived on time and the size was exactly what was expected. It is very comfortable to wear, the leggings, however, need to be put on like ladies tights. Went running with my son, on a frosty evening, felt comfortably warm when starting and still felt comfortably warm when finishing, even though I was sweating a lot. They have maintained their size and shape after washing once. Need to do a few more washes for further comment. Generally, I am very pleased with the product. I bought it for it's low price compared to others and very pleased with the quality.Highly recommend.

Really good quality fitted long pants and top, the trousers are very tight or maybe I am getting fatter? lol.The shorts I thought would be tight but they are more like a normal pair of sports shorts and are not right to the quads so I think you ear them over the under trousers.Decent quality, wore to Rubgy (Winter) and keep you warm so all good

Best purchase I have ever made when it comes to sportswear - got the long sleeve black winter kit which I’ve used and so far so good! Really protects you from the cold and the material is nice and comfortable and looks really good.My only fear was the sizing as with most people purchasing clothing online. All I recommend is that you used the size-guide in the pictures. I’m 185cm and 85/86kg so I fit right in the XXL range and the size is just right. My only objective criticism is that they make the shorts a little smaller so that everything is proportional and with stronger and smaller pockets - you cannot place the car keys or anything else in the pockets and go for a run as they’ll wobble about and have a weighted feel but this is a minor issue - there’s equipment for this!There really is no need to shell out big bucks for branded running gear. This does the job really well for a fraction of the price.

I love the feel and look of this niksa kit, the top in particular is body hugging and makes you feel great. the compression leggings are an excellent fit for me. I'm 6 foot 4. They fit perfectly. What I like is that they keep my leg muscles warm and enable me to increase my resistance training by 20% on the first wearing. wow. Thats impressive.The kit dries quickly after washing. i shall be buying some more of this kit. If in doubt, get this kit.

I have both a few similar item for my gym workout but they always turn out very poor and loosen very quickly after couple of usage. But I was quite impressed by the quality of the Niksa Gym clothing particularly given the price - I have never got such a good quality product at such a low price that does the job so well. Nice material, the shorts gives good comfort and stretch so really great for my squats and workouts.

These items were perfect for what I was looking for.... good fit, breathable, nice and stretchy at a really good price. Excellent value for money. I have used these in the gym, at the climbing wall and on my bicycle. Good all round. Very comfortable.

I wanted to buy a set of running gear that I didn't mind getting damaged and that I may not wear again, however I have continued to use it many more times. It surpassed its intended purpose and survived a Torrent of water, mud, electricity, barbed wire and much more.It was comfortable to wear and it gave me good range of movement. Although it was a little on the small side so I'd recommend buying a size or two bigger then usual. This is why I haven't marked accuracy with 5 stars.I cant rate value for money as the product has disappeared from my purchase list but I don't remember it costing a great deal.
