MagLite - M2A11L Maglite Mini Incandescent 2-Cell AA Flashlight in Presentation Box, Blue

I was looking for a smaller flashlight that didn’t need to be plugged in but just use batteries. This one fit the bill. It’s strong and good for my purposes. It’s bright enough for what I need and it doesn’t get hot. I like that you have to turn the front end to light it up so that it doesn’t light ip by itself on your pocket. Great little flashlight.

This is a well made, useful, small, adjustable beam flashlight. The small non-led bulb shines a candle like soft light. It easily converts into a battery powered candle type light and if placed on a flat level surface it can illuminate a 12 x 12 room space, (measured in feet), with dim light. Surprisingly useful. Great tool! I would like to order more of this item as a gift. 🙂

Great little flashlight; very handy and gives excellent light.

Bright and sturdy, small-size flashlight. Not too tiny that it gets easily lost, but small enough to fit unobtrusively in a drawer, glove box or emergency kit. Runs on standard batteries, which are included, so easy to always have ready when needed, unlike rechargeables that always seem to be dead when you need them most. Holds up well to klutzy kids (or adults) and, while metal, not so heavy that if drop one on your toe you'll be heading to the ER. Bright, useable glow, strong enough for walking on a dark path, fixing a leak under the sink, or reading during a power outage, all in a pocket-size package.

We live in an area where a Mandatory Evacuation is just a standard summer activity. These little flashlight sets are PERFECT for your Emergency Kit. They are small, have the battery right there, and easy to just toss next to your bed (Evacuations always seem to happen at night when it is dark out) or in your car, office desk, go bag, etc. For the price you can buy several and have some "ready to go" with the battery inside and then just toss the pack as is (so you know the battery will be ready to go when needed) into your bag. My only advice would be to cut the plastic cuz you know those things are hard to claw into at the best of times.The brand of course is well known. The flashlight seems sturdy enough to handle being dropped several times as you mad dash through your emergency kit for the booze. I appreciate that this flashlight is just that: a flashlight. I personally hate the gimmicky ones with the "SOS" flash that only ties to give you a seizure and is literally never needed. I can't tell you how many times I've been in need of a flashlight and some "helpful" person comes over proudly displaying their little flashlight "And look it does this" *blinds me with annoying strobe* like that's gonna help me find the booze to keep me from screaming and everyone.Worth every penny. Good brand of flashlight.

It's a Maglite they are what they are they're not real bright with the halogen bulbs LED upgrade is almost a must but they're good quality lights that last forever and if you put an LED upgrade in you can run lithium batteries which will last longer and make it brighter it's a good light to put an LED conversion in lithium batteries throw it in your glove compartment it'll last indefinitely. I remember when I was a kid these mini mag lights were the greatest invention of all time I had to have one and me and my brother used to swim in our pole at dark with our mini mag lights because their waterproof they really are always have a soft spot for these even though there's brighter lights out there

Bought specifically for the filters and lower lumens. Worked great working backstage crew for theater productions, and I already recommended it to others working with me.

One of the few things still made in the USA. It’s built to last forever, unlike those cheap flashlights that break after just a year.Just don’t leave the same batteries in it for too long- they can swell up and get stuck. Thankfully, there are You Tube videos on how to deal with this.
