This product is great value for money, I really like it. As I expected it is a little “comfort” small, the back is low, the seat short... it’s not as big as it looks in photos. The cushion fabric is great quality, withstands weather, spills and pets. I was very pleased with this purchase.

We received the set in two shipments earlier than expected due to COVID-19 delay. For that, it earned an extra star, for us to enjoy summer on time. I love the teal color which is why I chose this set after a lot of research. The set is easy to assemble. I wish it has the notch to tie down the cushion from sliding. The cover is really waterproof to my test. Our gazebo is 10x12 for reference. My shipment missed one accent pilllow so the seller refund me $15. Overall I love it and recommend it for the price, quality, and customer service.

You get what you paid for. The cushions have no way to attach to the actual frame so they slide around and it’s VERY time consuming to put together. Took us two days two hours each day. Very low profile. The cushions are comfortable and you get a lot of pieces for the price. It’s just okay furniture not the best and not the worst.

When we first purchased this set it was so nice! The cushion are perfect and it looks amazing and are washable. It was time consuming to put together but fairly simple. However; not even 6 months after we purchased it (and not too much use) the arms of the chairs (where no one places their actual arm) are breaking and literally falling off! This set has been in complete shade with no sun exposure. If you want something that lasts longer than a few months buy something else!

Looks exactly how I hoped, was a little time-consuming to put together, but overall I do love it. The only bad thing is that the cushions retain water for days. I didn’t know it was going to rain overnight or I would have put them inside. Three days after the rain you would still get wet when you sat on them. I did buy a cover to go along with it but the shipping is delayed to the end of this month.

This is just the right size for my husband, I, and our 2 large dogs which is why we bought it. It is very comfortable and easy for our dog with hip problems to get on. I love the included coffee table too so we can put our lunch and drinks on it.

Just bought this product.1) Expect it to take a LONG time to assemble with hex bolts and screws. Quite tedious.2) These seats are VERY low to the ground, and sized more for kids really, instead of adults. I am trying to figure out how to raise it up higher somehow. Any person with LONG legs should look for a different model.3) The cushions are quite thin, and compress into the hard seat.

Everything was well marked, directions were clear. My husband assembled the furniture fairly easy, however he's experienced. Two of the pieces were damaged, we contacted the seller, Rattan Artisan, and they worked with us to get replacement parts in a very timely manner. They were very responsive and considerate. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance. It is an excellent product at a very reasonable price.
